We use your information to create and protect your account, show the right club data, support voting and results, send club invitations, improve the app, and respond to support or feedback requests.
Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell member information. We use trusted service providers to run the app, including hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Club Content
Club content is visible to members of the relevant club according to the app permissions. Personal notes are private while a pick is active, and may become visible to club members when the pick is part of a closed or completed context, depending on the club type and app settings.
Cookies and Local Storage
The app may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as dark mode, and support security and app functionality.
Retention
We keep information while your account or club needs it, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Club owners and members may be able to delete certain content from within the app.
Your Choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. Some information may need to remain if it is required for security, legal, or legitimate club records.
