Using the App
The Plot Club is a private club app for adding picks, planning meetings, rating picks, and viewing results. You must use the app lawfully and only for clubs you are authorized to join.
Accounts and Clubs
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Club owners are responsible for managing their clubs, invitations, members, and club content.
Member Content
You remain responsible for the picks, notes, comments, ratings, meeting links, feedback, and other content you add. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or violates someone else's rights.
Invitations and Email
Club invitations may be sent by email. Do not use invitations to spam people or send messages to people who do not expect to receive them.
Availability
We try to keep the app available and reliable, but the app is provided as is and may change, pause, or stop at any time.
No Professional Advice
The app helps clubs organize entertainment picks and discussions. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Plot Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.
